The concept is really quite simple. Intentionally bring people into your world who care enough about you to tell you the truth.

There are any number of tactics you can employ. You can hire a coach, you can find a mentor, you can establish a personal board of directors, and on and on and on.

What's important is not the tactics you choose. What's most important is your commitment to stay grounded in truth. It can make a tremendous difference in your life and leadership.
