Oftentimes you hear me say that every problem is a leadership problem. I feel like I need to clarify that statement. I don’t mean that every problem is caused by leadership. What I do mean is the solution to every problem is found within the tenants of leadership.
Leaders are the indispensable element in any problem resolution.
There’s a myth floating around that in order to be a great leader you need to be well rounded. Although I do think being well rounded is important, I’ve found that there are actually 5 fundamentals to focus on to ensure our effectiveness as leaders.
